VEGAS
Sorry for lack of posts. No excuses I know but I have been preoccupied with work. More about that to follow. First I have some exciting news.. Just booked a trip to Vegas! WOOHOOOO! Bring on the neon! First stop the neon boneyard museum then on to the Mirage to see Siegfried & Roy’s secret garden with white lions, white tigers, panthers and leopards… cant wait! I have heard that the Golden Nugget has a swimming pool with a tunnel going through a shark tank. You are literally swimming with sharks.
A m a z i n g …
counting down the days.
To see more about the neon boneyard go here
Here are images from the Golden Nugget website of the shark tunnel.
Palmbrella
Sunny days in Vancouver!
Palmbrella – ‘portable sunshade with a tropical flair.Simulated fonds rustle in the breeze to remind you of carefree island life and relieve the tensions of the workaday world. A must for city-dwellers.’ Philip Garner – Better Living Catalogue
Philip Garner / Contemporary Survival
My Philip Garner’s Better Living catalogue order finally arrived on the weekend – it was definitely worth the wait. Here are some examples. Ill post more soon -they’re too good to miss!
PET-A-VISION
‘ This non-organic home companion brings all the joy of pet ownership to the home – with none of the mess. The antics of your “fuzzy friend” will amuse you for hours. Realistic programming even includes restlessness at feeding time. Electronic format allows access to the entire animal kingdom, a boon to those with a flair for the exotic. ‘
PRIMAL SCREAM THERAPY
‘ The interactive video game eases repression by encouraging the viewer to vent hostility and rage. It features an easy-to-clean, high impact screen with built-in drip catcher and electric wiper. Available in both console model (shown) and briefcase-size unit for portable sets.’
